From a very early age, Firdaus was always fascinated by how the human body worked, the graceful movement of a hand in an unconscious gesture, the texture of a vein or a bruised skin, she would even enjoy looking at the incredible sight of a severe cut, healing naturally over a period of time. It didn’t surprise anyone when this early fascination developed into her chosen profession. Studying at the London College of Fashion resulted in a BA (Hons) degree for Technical Effect for Film, Theatre and Television. After completing this degree, Firdaus went on to continue her studies and now specialises in all areas of make-up including Film, TV, Photographic, Special Effects and Face/Body painting.
